I am, I guess old school. I like to talk to someone when I am purchasing things. This company seams to have gone to great lengths to not publish its phone number. I have heard good things about them. I have purchased from them and I hope that I don't have any problems in the future or need any technical support since there is NO !!!!! PHONE NUMBER!!!!! to use.
